Lecture capture and education
Lecture capture: AI-tracking PTZ cameras that follow the lecturer and the Talvo Cast 4 recorder that records and streams classes automatically.
Lecture capture records and streams classes so students can watch live or catch up later. The best systems run themselves: the camera follows the lecturer automatically and recording starts without a technician.
Veyra AI-tracking PTZ cameras lock onto the presenter and keep them framed as they move around the room. The Talvo Cast 4 records program and individual feeds from up to four 4K sources, streams over RTMP, HLS or RTSP, and runs 24/7 on a stable Linux system with web-based management for whole campuses.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the best camera for lecture capture?
- A PTZ camera with AI presenter tracking and 12× to 20× zoom, such as the Veyra 20S UHD-U, follows the lecturer automatically so no camera operator is needed.
- Can lectures be recorded automatically?
- Yes. The Talvo Cast 4 records and streams on schedule or from the web interface, and AI-tracking cameras keep the lecturer in frame without anyone at the controls.
